Where should I start?
Record or upload a visit, review the generated SOAP draft, and save the reviewed note to the patient record. The product tour walks through this flow.
Can I use ChiroScribe on my phone?
ChiroScribe is available in a web browser and on iPhone and iPad, with Apple Watch recording. You can start with the device that fits your visit.
Do I need a SOAP note before uploading imaging?
You can upload imaging to a patient record independently of a SOAP note. Review individual findings before previewing and adding eligible findings to a destination draft.
Can I keep my current EHR?
ChiroScribe can sit alongside your existing chart workflow. Review your notes and use copy or document export for the handoff. The Works with guides explain the available workflow for each system.
