ChiroScribe provides AI-powered transcription services for healthcare professionals, converting audio recordings into structured SOAP notes and managing patient records.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate account information
• ✓Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ✓Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• ✓Obtain appropriate consent from patients before recording
• ✓Review and verify all AI-generated content before use

4. AI-Generated Content

ChiroScribe uses artificial intelligence to generate SOAP notes and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use in patient care.

5. SMS Messaging Consent

By opting in to SMS notifications during the appointment booking process, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and cancellation notices.

• Message frequency varies based on appointment activity (typically 1-5 messages per month)
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance
• No marketing or promotional messages will be sent
• SMS messages will never contain clinical details or Protected Health Information

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your patient data and recordings. ChiroScribe retains ownership of the service, software, and AI models. You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChiroScribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
