How to Generate a Combined Imaging Report (Word)

Why a combined report matters
Individual imaging reads are useful, but a case needs a story. ChiroScribe pulls the confirmed findings across all of a patient's X-rays — or all of a patient's MRIs — into a single narrative rather than leaving the reviewer to stitch separate reads together. Each report covers one modality; clinical studies are not included.
Standard and attorney variants
The standard variant is written for the chart. The attorney variant is formatted for a legal file — it is the same underlying confirmed findings, presented for that audience.
Only findings a provider has accepted are included in either variant. A proposed revision that is still under review never appears in the synthesis report.
The complete-report guarantee
The synthesis report fails closed. If the narrative would come back truncated or empty, ChiroScribe produces nothing rather than handing you a report that stops mid-finding.
You will never sign a half-written impression without knowing it — if generation fails the guarantee, you see that it failed, not a silently incomplete document.
What flows into the report
Only confirmed, accepted findings are eligible. Anything still awaiting provider confirmation, or a Correct & Re-read revision still under review, has no effect on the synthesis report until it is accepted.
Troubleshooting
If the report generator produces nothing, check whether the confirmed X-ray or MRI reads exist yet for that modality — an unconfirmed or entirely unread X-ray or MRI will not have findings to include.
