Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan starts with a 21-day free trial. No credit card required. Trial access lets you evaluate the workflow; feature availability and any imaging allowances are shown in the product.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "provider" on the Practice plan?
A provider is any clinician who records and generates SOAP notes. Front desk staff, billing coordinators, and admin users do not count as providers and can access the dashboard at no extra charge.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with a discount. Contact us at support@chiroscribe.io for annual pricing options.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, you can export all your notes and patient data. We retain encrypted backups for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Is there a per-note fee or usage limit?
No. All plans include unlimited SOAP notes, unlimited voice recordings, and unlimited AI treatment plans. Review the plan terms and any in-product allowances for services beyond SOAP note generation.
Is imaging analysis included in my plan?
AI X-ray and MRI analysis is included on the Practice plan ($299/month, up to 5 providers) and Enterprise. It covers imaging uploads, AI-drafted observations, provider-guided second reads, read confirmation, and combined imaging reports. Practice owners and providers can request re-reads.
Do provider-guided imaging re-reads cost extra?
No. Correct & Re-read is included wherever AI X-ray & MRI analysis is included (Practice plan and up) — there is no separate charge per re-read.
Who in the practice can request an imaging re-read or confirm a read?
Practice owners and providers. Front-desk and billing staff can access the dashboard but do not confirm imaging reads or request re-reads.
