I started ChiroScribe because the documentation gap in chiropractic practice isn't a tooling problem — it's a workflow problem dressed up as a tooling problem. Every chiropractor I've worked with has the same story: they finish their last patient, then spend another ninety minutes catching up on notes. The math is brutal. The personal cost is worse.

We built ChiroScribe to remove that tax. Voice in, structured SOAP note out, in roughly the time it takes to drink a coffee — and then everything else (treatment plans, imaging analysis, superbills, scheduling) folds into the same workflow so providers stop juggling six tools to finish one chart.

We don't cut corners on the things that matter: PHI is field-level-encrypted at rest, audio is processed in memory and discarded, customer data is never used to train third-party models. If a chiropractor opens our app with a patient watching, we want them to feel proud of what's on the screen.
