How the pieces fit.

The provider reviews clinical content throughout the workflow. Imaging approval and note inclusion are explicit decisions.

Review

Open a structured SOAP draft and compare suggested edits with the original wording. Apply what helps, dismiss what does not, and refine the note yourself. Templates shape the structure. Writing preferences guide the style. The documented visit remains the source for clinical content.

Patient context

Return to visits, imaging, and reports from the patient workspace. Upload an image or study before a SOAP note exists, then review its findings separately. Confirmed or amended findings can be previewed and explicitly added to a selected SOAP draft. Uploading alone does not approve clinical evidence.

Reports & PI

Find patient summaries and imaging reports close to the chart. For PI cases, use documentation checks and a source-linked timeline to prepare the case story. PI Agent checks surface missing details and documentation gaps. Review the relevant evidence, source references, and uncertainty before sharing a report.

What does the ChiroScribe product tour show?

The tour shows recording, SOAP proofreading, patient context, and reports using captured iPad interfaces with synthetic patient examples. It also explains how reviewed imaging and PI evidence fit the workflow. Native interfaces may differ from the currently released App Store version.

Can I upload imaging before creating a SOAP note?

Yes. Choose an existing patient or create a patient chart during imaging intake. Review findings separately, then preview and explicitly add eligible findings to a selected SOAP draft when needed.

Does accepting a re-read automatically add findings to a note?

No. Accepting a revised analysis and approving individual findings for documentation are separate steps. Save your finding decisions, select a destination draft, preview the exact addition, and apply it.

Does the PI Agent establish causation?

No. PI Agent checks help identify documentation gaps and organize source-linked evidence. The provider determines relevance, uncertainty, and any clinical conclusions.
